Another cool dude that i've learned a lot from, he does these 10 minute videos on youtube teaching stuff like perspective and figure drawing. One interesting thing that he pointed out was cylinders dont really extend forever into space, theres a point where it sort of straightens and creates a really subtle fish-eye effect. Try it out- hold a pringles can at arms length and sort of tip it around. I noticed this when i was sitting in the car yesterday watching cars pass by me on a seemingly horizontally straight street, when they got on my level of view it sort of bended. I also noticed that theres no possible way everything follows this one imaginary vanishing point, buildings were facing every which way and... well im doing a lot of typing and not drawing.
