hands study

ive been trying to study hands lately, just simple cartoon ones to get a better idea of how they work/look/etc... it seems if i spend an hour or so on it i find new "clicks" a click is when i suddenly realize a new trick/tool/whatever to help draw that certain thing. today i learned about using swirls, how hands angle toward the middle like a paintbrush, and the G shape which presents pinching (the C part is a curve, the - part is where it's pinching in. helps a lot for fingers.)
